One-on-one training allows for depth and understanding of your unique body, postural patterns and movements. Targeted exercises and poses are used to restore balance to the body whether working with general back pain, spinal asymmetries (such as those in scoliosis), spinal injuries (herniations, spondylolisthesis, etc.) or looking to increase strength and flexibility.
Yoga is a way to understand yourself and we start in the body. Through practice and instruction of your postural patterns and anatomy, we move towards living in alignment and pain free.

Wonderful and informative series classes on spinal health. Small class size allowed for plenty of individual attention and postural corrections. Looking forward to the next series! I really enjoyed the improvisational approach to the class where Christy addressed each students needs and met them where they were at. I also appreciated how Christy gave excellent demos with correct and “less than correct” postures. Christy's hands on corrections and techniques were informative, professional, comforting and grounding.
